RESTAURANT BÒDLANMÈ
People meet there for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a sumptuous setting facing the bay of Fort-de-France. Explore, smell and taste are the key words of your culinary experience at Bòdlanmè restaurant, on the beach of Anse Mitan in Trois-Ilets.
To the delight of gourmets, the Chef and her team offer you a menu tinged with iodized flavors, which gives pride of place to generous and traditional dishes. Cod accras, colombo, fresh salads, snapper, grilled conch are the few dishes to discover on our menu.
Our speciality : the fresh lobster !
From September to February, choose your own lobster from our tank. Its weight suits you? Perfect ! It will be served grilled to your liking accompanied by our essential Creole sauce, tangy and spicy.

LE KARAYIB RESTAURANT
It's noon and you are working on your tan under the Martinique sun, cocktail in hand, but you are feeling hungry. The restaurant Le Karayib offers you a snacking formula with your feet in the water or in the shade of its large pergola, in an Caribbean atmosphere.
Delight in pleasure with our grilled skewers, our homemade burgers, our tasty salads concocted in our open kitchen. On Wednesday and Sunday, let yourself be tempted by our outdoor barbecues!
At nightfall, a change of scenery... In a more subdued setting, sit down for a casual dinner outdoors.
Lunch hours: 12 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Discover our brand new restaurant specially dedicated to guests staying in Creole Culture rooms, in the deck of Bòdlanmè restaurant.
Open only for breakfasts and dinners, you will have the choice between dining at the buffet or on the plate, with a very attractive reduced menu.
A special request? Ask your butler who will be happy to take care of you.
